Bushwick Kitchen
Bushwick Kitchen recently sent me some of their amazing Weak Knees Curry Sriracha Sauce for a cocktail tutorial lead by their head cocktail consultant Jonas Koep. I’m no stranger to a unique drink recipe but I never would have thought to add red pepper or a curry flavor to my cocktail. This Sriracha cocktail was surprising in all the right ways. CURRY SRIRACHA COCKTAIL
2.0oz gin
.50oz Lime juice
.75oz simple syrup
1 bar spoon curry sriracha from Bushwick Kitchen
4 slices red pepper (muddled)
Method: Muddle red pepper, add Ingredients and dry shake, add ice and shake again. Double strain into coupe/martini glass and garnish with a red pepper wheel and Rosemary sprig
